All this infighting on the KRY board is reminding me of a situation I had years ago...

I had 2 Royal Marines in my unit that were at loggerheads all the time and I had to take some action.

I slammed both of them for their lack of professionalism.

" I don't expect you two to like each other or agree on the colour of shit, but I do expect you to treat each other with respect, do your jobs and support the team like professionals. If you can't do that, you are a liability to me and the team, and we don't need you. I have your release papers ready, so decide now"

Infighting like we've seen here is a cancer and it will destroy the teamwork we have on this board

We have a good team on this board and I appeal to your sense of professionalism.

BTW the 2 Royal Marines stayed and served with distinction.
