Well, it's 9:50 (Colorado time) and AMEX shows 230,944 trades. I've seen much lower volume in the past. Someone is buying. China could be complicit in keeping the lid on, since they haven't completed the .40 deal? At any rate, it's the 100 share trades that consistently pull the price down, fighting against much larger buys at higher prices...everyone in the know is aware of where the price is headed in the future. Spending 10 bucks to buy $38.50 worth of stock is a good investment if you then turn around and buy 10,000 at the ask and wind up with a slow and steady accumulation below .40. IMO, as long as institutions (or anyone for that matter) in the 'know' can keep adding shares at low prices, they're never 'in position.' However I can only theorize, and could be completely off base here, and methinks I could well be weary an confuzzled also!
