Let's not forget that anything questioned or disapproved of has to go back for review and or revision and approval again. Even if we were 99% approved at this point that last 1% could hold things up.

I've given up on a time frame, execpt for "the fourth quarter" as that is management's latest proposal, and I hope to God that this one actually comes to fruition.
