The continous oil contract reflects, for the most part, Light Sweet Crude trading below $70/barrel with the exception of a few weeks this past April and the same in 09 in the $80 range. We all know VZ heavy crude brings VZ roughly $10 - $12 less/barrel because of the extra cracking processes. So the best VZ could have averaged is in the $55 - $60 range over that period.
