did you ever wonder why a government with massive electrical problems hands out free appliances?

anyway, the chinese depositing funds is a good sign imo....hugo has boned the US, boned the russians, boned the french, spanish, norwegians etc...if he bones the chinese i dont know where he'd get any more money from...india?
