Fenalet, I know you are a long timer too so this is not directed at you. However, in over 13 years of this, I have heard more dates/events thrown out as to why we have to wait a little longer that it is simply amazing. "Not until after the apple blossom festival"...."Don't forget they take a very long Christmas break down there"....you name it, we've heard it. The best was "They can't just give us the permit now because they need to let the environmenrtal minister save face" (this one coming after the woman environmental minister, the one whose face could stop a train, denied the permit).
