Ok, sure. Your statement, "This is a real JV with a real company" is unsubstantiated at this point. The fact that they missed their July 31st deadline and have yet to update us is a fact as well. Your guestimate that we will rise back to $11 is unsubstantiated as well. I could go on but I won't. I think my point has been made.
