You are absolutely right on this one Down-wys. I too remember when this was just a beuracratic snag. Sorry EZ you are dead wrong on that one. In fact, we have had every excuse including the dog ate the permit. Anticipation is the worst and more time that passes wihtout a productive update only hurts our sp.
