KRY sp hanging in Ok today. Currently 0.3780 and riding the lower BB. OBV showing some buy-in while Stoch and Mac are Bearish. Had a lower high last go-around but a lower-low (lower than 0.3387) is very unlikely (see above comment on BB). Technicals, although sounding bad, are really not all that bad. As always, News can change all of this.

S&P rebounding after a few downer days. Could be a DCB. But, Fed says they are all-in on helping out. Monday may continue this rebound with Mutual Funds buying in. Much of the Market appears topped out. Dow making a higher high at this time. Seeing a whole-lotta-green across the board.

Gold still on a total Bull run since July 27. 'Nuff said.

Big Money typically has internal guidlines on where their money goes, and one guidline is not to invest in Penny Stocks. Although the definition of a Penny Stock varies from Big Guy to Big Guy, it usually means any stock with a sp of less than $5, with some using less than $1 as a break point. There are a very few spec playing Big guys who will do the Pennys.

California may have a budget. What? Huh? Well, 90 days late (this coming Monday) and an announcement of a "framework" of a budget agreed on. About time.
