Do elections have impact on our Deal with Chinese and Venezuela????

thanx..... Sentiment not good right now... this has really dragged....

I have been advised that we are expecting to move into the next phase (setting Record Dates, Mailing dates and a Special Meeting date) at any time.

And all is expected to close in q4.... when is q4 over
