Isn't the PRC going to dictate how close they sell the gold to market prices? I can't imagine them saying, "Hey here's 20 billion, and we'll take part payment in gold that's been devalued by some idiosyncratic law you have."

I think it's more like "Here's 20 billion, and here's how we get it back....."
