its the "royalties" part I don't understand...... or agree with in regards to what some of the posters are saying.

as well: I have been told from the top: that the infrastructure is excellent and we will be a low low production cost producer... due to as you say, electrical power, oil use, roads and infrastructure ready to go.. labour force is also cheap.
