I can answer that...Because they dont have the engineering or data to get it up and running........geez

Back to square one on that property or they can settle.

Simple.

I'd add Joe that if they denied an environmental permit, took the concession back, and then all of a sudden there was no environmental issue... it would help GRZ's case.
