Red Rock, the A&F Agreement has nothing to do with Hugo or VZ meeting anyone. It is between Kry and China. IMHO this has already been settled.

VZ will be involved in the closing process because they need to deliver the letters and permit to close the deal. This will happen but I believe Hugo wants it to be seen as a VZ/China deal.

I have had doubts that Crystallex's name will come up at all and I personally don't care. The investment community knows and that's all that matters.

I could be way off base but my fortune cookie gave me the impression things would happen when Hugo went to China. I will stand by my guess that we will have news by Oct.15th or that weekend.
