Get a grip on what a bunch of nothing this means: $100 money difference on a MILLION ounces. (Just a quick example at $20 silver). Planning on buying a million ounces? And if you were, then would an extra $100 seem a hardship?
As to favoritism, my own experience is that each country is most proud of their own. So in a SHTF scenario, bartering silver may work best in one's own national issues. And if one is buying to later resell at a profit, then the new buyer may care which it is and charge a premium for buying one over the other. This kind of info is changeable and one must keep their own network going to have places to buy from and sell to for hard metal. Most dealers charge the exact same amount for them. You have to shop around.
I've been doing this a long time.
My own favorite place to trade with is: http://bullion.nwtmint.com/silver_americaneagle.php
