Your right newfie,here in Canada we dont own the mineral rights on our own property unless we have stacked a claim.Very few people know this up here.Watched a show a few months ago about this poor bugger trying to stop a minning company from moving all its equipment onto his land,cutting trees,setting up drill rigs.He has being trying to get the government to change the laws.Nobody wants to listen.Sorry going off subject,lol
