sams--BOY-- ARE YOU OFF BASE !!!! Vz. has nationized the mine. They own it !!!! Take some time to look MOC. The new JV will only dig the gold out. they,Vz, don't need to be part of the JV. It would cost them money they don't need (or have)to spend.
