A buyout of the contract is always a possibility. I would imagine it would be based off proven/probable not market cap.

What do you think the market cap would be if an announcement is made negotiations were taking place for a buyout of all VZ. assets of Crystallex?

But, for today, we are waiting for the announcement of the signing of the A&F Agreement.
