Apples and Oranges GW. If IA happens, that would mean no deal happened with the Chinese.

IMO,

Plan A - Execute as stated

Plan B - Sell contract & all VZ assets to Chinese.

Plan C - IA

Obviously, A & B must have VZ approval.
