There is proof positive that this Chinese reality is well underway. The KRY contract or J/V is just another done deal waiting to be be announced. The pittance of the 2.5 Million "loan" put up to form a good will deposit is in reality a suttle way to thwart any greed that may have surfaced from KRY shareholders. It is just to assure that the KRY shareholders approve this J/V. The actual deposit was part of the 20 Billion allready advanced to Venezuala by the Chinese. This J/V had to be just one of many. You can be sure the Chinese expect them all to be honoured.
