EZ....I find it much more likely that KRY will be bought out sooner rather than later (perhaps to facilitate a re-structure whereby Vz partners with China to mine Las Cristinas) and that China will partner with Venezuela on all future gold projects. Personally....that would be fine from where I sit as long as we get reasonably compensated.

I think you got that one @$$ backwards. Perhaps a more accurate description would be that CRRC is KRY's partner that kept them from going into the arbitration (or bankrupcy) business.
