Yup - that's what I've had in the back of my head for the past few months. Unless I'm reading that wrong of course the Chinese will want the price as low as possible right now.

And wouldn't that really give them nearly 75% of this whole deal? Their 2/3 plus the max of 19.9% of KRY's shares? That's 73.6%
