If the price per share for the 19.9% is a 20 day average I don't see how or why the shaes would be obtained/purchased in the open market and then transfered. that would lead one to think that the shares would come from treasurey stock. Yes, no? and if KRY is purchashing stock in the open market to transfer to fulfill the 19.9% wouldn't that be a material event that would have to be announced? Just thinking out loud.
