Today I was advised by Robert Fung that he manages what information he advises IR.

I have attempted for close to 10 days to obtain an update from IR on our current situation. As of this evening I am unable to obtain any information from IR and have obtained only generic information from Robert Fung.

I will attempt a private meeting in Toronto or in Beijing through colleagues associated with China Railway.

I will ask for your assistance by sending me a pm if you think such an effort is worthwhile and how I may contact you should you be prepared to support such an undertaking. I fully intend to embark upon this myself and ask for nothing other than support in name and shareholding.
