So far this evening, I have received confirmed support of 4,990,693 shares from 15 retail shareholder and another 7,000,000 advised but unconfirmed.

Name and shareholding is confidential and will be held as such. I'm attempting to obtain enough support to attempt to get guidance from management or support from one of three large institutional shareholders who have been contacted.

Management continues to guide poorly and miss deadlines. Time to hold them accountable. Time to band together.

Solidarity and support to obtain information is the goal, nothing more. Management have our support but have dropped the ball, time to pick it up and move forward. This whole JV deal has been so poorly managed in terms of shareholder updates. Time to at least obtain an interim statement. Shareholders deserve as much including the new bought-financing supporters. When information is withheld and enough time has passed then damage is caused. Time to repair damage. Time for management to update us.
