One has to wonder if Robert Fung is hoping that Chavez will be there at the same time. Maybe all the major people will be in China at the same time, and something will happen.

I can certainly see things getting hung up in China. The Government is so involved with so many companies, and those companies are working many many deals world wide. This JV is just one, and in fact is just one of several deals being worked on in VZ. Soooo, we are probably in a long queue of major deals wanting attention from the very top of the Chinese Government.

I tend to believe Fung when he says all is fine, and it's just taking time......however, I would like to see that in a writing :)..... a PR or NR.
