I don't have a big problem with the time frame per say but I am frustrated because Kry sent out a PR on June 7th giving the closing by end of Sept. This pr had signatures from the rep from CRRC and CREC (same person).

I pointed out earlier that other Chinese deals have gone over the time line yet the Chinese rep still signed off on an end of Sept. closing.

Now they act surprise that it is taking longer to close.

I think the only reason we got a Sept. closing in the first place was to have a smooth AGM. They must have known they would miss the deadline. This is why the share price started to decline right away. It was probably driven up knowing they could sell into strength or short the stock.

I still believe we will get the deal done I just hate being played for a fool!
