anybody have a good L2 on kry?

i've been trying to test the bid/ask this morning and i'm beginning to wonder how much of this is the MM and how much might be flash trading...either way it's pretty f'd up with these 100 share lots at .001 cents apart...until you pull your ask then 50,000 shares trade...curious what the level 2 looks like.
