FYI, and seeking more info.................
GMO, General Moly Inc. has just recently received "formal approval from the Chinese National Development and Reform Committee to invest in General Moly".....by a Chinese company, Hanlong.
Also the Chinese Ministry of Commerce has subsequently approved a "Record of Decision" (ROD) regarding this investment authorization. It was stated that GMO expects to receive this ROD "by mid 2011".
My question............is this a typical set of steps for a Chinese company to invest overseas, and does it also apply to our circumstance? Does anyone have knowledge about this? Please, facts, not guesses. Right now the only Facts I have are sitting at my elbow in the form of the "Binding Primary Agreement". Of course intelligent and informed opinion, expressed as such, are always welcome.
