Our concerns are now infront of the Board members.

So far we have the support of 45 retail shareholders totallying 11,634,435 shares.

No doubt management are doing everything possible to conclude this JV deal however the manner in which shareholders have been kept informed of the process, post AGM has been very much lacking. No disrespect meant towards Richard Marshall in this regard. Direction and protocol originates with the CEO.

Hopefully we will hear something positive soon.

If I hear of anything I will let you know.
