A signed, announced A&F Agreement would be nice to see.

The permit and MOC transfer was to occur after this action by the CRRC/Crystallex. Crystallex has not disclosed a change from this process. I know what is said here and conversations but if the process changed I have not seen anything in the quarterly stating so.
