fen, correa is a regional paper in the bolivar state but natalie garcia (the reporter) has been on top of the LC story for some time (she's broken much of the news about the caura plan, LC, grz, etc.)...she seems to have good connections at mibam.

as of right now i'm with OF on this one..hugo wants to show the masses he can push around the transnationals so he states "nationalization" but in the end i think we'll remain a jv partner in this or get bought out...i'm still thinking buyout makes the most sense...
