OF, I don't necessarily see this as "great news." If you are going to take it for what it says, the blurb states that the Chinese are going to form a JV with the state similar to VenRus. I'll remind you that VenRus is a 51/49 entity. So is KRY now a 1/3 owner of 49%? In this scenario, I would say yes and we would take another haircut.

Now, RM is adamant that is not true. And Hugo throws around jabs all the time so who knows what is fact. The bottom line is, someone is lying to us about the situation and no one has a history of telling us the truth so believe who you want. And as one poster wrote, a month or so ago, we were just waiting for the mailing and announcement, now we are hearing about VZ and/or Chinese delays. WTF? Something has changed.
