i'd guess that CRRC has a good idea of exactly what's going on...i can see hugo screwing kry around for fun but i dont think he'd make a major move like this without at least discussing it with the chinese...ven would definately screw kry, the chinese might let him if they got something in return, but i really cant see hugo blindsiding the chinese for no reason right now...i'd keep a good eye on the gacette though, any official announcements should show up there first.
