Yes nzranger I guess your question is a valid one.
Since I highly doubt a permit will be granted to Las Cristinas as long as KRY is even marginally involved, one might question why I continue to hold on to my 300K shares, even after 13 years of waiting.
I'm holding on for 3 reasons:
1. Given the rising POG I believe a buyout of KRY is worth at least the $1 per share that I paid back in 1999. (Whether KRY gets bought out by the Chinese, the Russians, or my dead grandmother, I don't care, as long as it's over my unit cost of $1.)
2. I believe any arbitration settlement will be worth at least $1 per share.
3. I could be wrong: a permit IS granted and KRY gets its 1/3.
And, if I am wrong, I hope I'm wrong soon and in a very big way.
