Joe excellent point. Two arbitrations hanging over both mines. Would the Chinese commit to any of this with legal problems overhanging?

Back in 2008 there was a blurb from Sanz that I don't think anyone has ever figured out his meaning. In reference to LC he said there was a legal problem.
