Can anyone do stock a valuation of CRRC if they aquire 67% of LC? I am wondering are they reqired to halt on news as they a China stock? There might be a good tell coming with a large move up prior to the deal being disclosed in the West.

The way the chart looks right now can be attributed to the fact they are gaining business in many areas ie. announced and continuing Venezuela projects revenue other than LC factors.

Anyone take a stab? Im not good at figuring these valuations out. tia HB
