I think it's no different than the leader of any other country - he gets a briefing of some sort each morning, and then off on his guided tour of speeches and sound-bites. Probably much less organized in Vennie, and probably more in the way of free-lancing, but there's probably 3,000 newsbits that deserve 23 seconds of time each day, of which perhaps 500 are addressed or thought about, and our story is but one of the 3,000.
