OG, I have no problem with you posting Roy's comments but the title is either misleading or you believe what RC has said.

I've exchanged a few emails over the years with RC and one thing that I always found to be true is that Roy is only interested in what is good for Roy.

I remember listening to a radio interview that Todd McSween was involved with a few years ago. Todd was portrayed as someone with intricate knowledge of KRY. I have never spoken to Todd but my understanding is that he isn't a journalist, has never worked for KRY, isn't from VZ and doesn't work with any investment firm that would give him access to any inside information.

I'm not dumping on Todd here, I saying saying Todd is no different from the rest of us. He is a small KRY investor that knows no more that anyone else who has the right to pick up the phone and talk to RM and RF.

The fact that Roy would ask Todd for a guess about what KRY would ask for in arbitration tells me that RC knows very little actual information from knowledgeable "sources" that have real information about what the heck is going on.

Are there currently problems with our JV deal? I would say no.

Are there problems with closing our JV deal which means VZ has to approve the MOC transfer and supply the permit? Possibly but that is an issue between VZ and the Chinese that Roy would know nothing about.
