I've been off on every time line I've had so far but one thing I do know is that we will be getting information by mid Nov. 3rd quarter results will be out and if no deal is in place I'd bet we get an update.

The other thing to remember is that to close in the 4th quarter the mailing will need to go out in November, probably by the 21st which is a month away.

If this deadline is missed there will be some serious questions that need to be asked. The deadline for filing for arbitration is April I think so while we wait frustrated with the delay the clock is also ticking on VZ.
