Another RC article, this time saying that a Rusoro is getting the whole area, with a $70 million credit for having bailed out PDVSA for a debt they owed the aluminum industry. According to a VZ opposition backed newspaper, Rus Tech, some Russian military outfit, will fund a large part of the development. Also says that trucks and mining equipment are already be unloaded on the banks of the Orinoc River for mining in that area.

Go figure....it's getting more convoluted by the hour.
