IMO, should be directed at management, not idle chatter toward Chavez.

Management, specifically Robert Fung, is responsible for getting the deal closed or at the least announce the path toward how he is going to monetize the LC asset.

Original A&F Agreement stated date was July 31st, 3 months late this week. Management has stated the "paperwork" is complete and it is down to Vz. to take visible actions (issue permit and txf MOC).
