Now the trick is to get what is actually being said in these transcripts. The translator services I am sure don't do this justice. Would love for any spanish speakers to help out.

If I read it correctly after Chavez talks with Khan on these projects he says this and of course this is a Google translation.

"Bueno, muy bien Chino, adelante con todos esos proyectos"

"Well, very good Chinese, go ahead with all these projects."
