4th Quarter timing

I figure we have no more than 4 weeks to get this done in the 4th quarter. It needs to happen before Thanksgiving (US) to hopefully have time enough for the shareholders notification and vote in 2010.

If not, I doubt I can stand having a traditional Thanksgiving meal... how can I look at that trussed, plucked and gutted turkey without having a real KRYing jag.

But......I am smiling, and hoping, and.........going shopping for bourbon.
