gw, it absolutely looks to me that china/russia are going to be mining/processing/financing a boatload of gold and other deposits in the LC area...

if kry gets left out of this without a settlement/JV/whatever....what type of legal implications are there between kry/china? i would think our JV (letter of understanding) would prevent china from letting this happen (kind of a conflict of interest dont you think?)

the legal implications are mind boggling here....better for everybody to just pay kry off imo...

BTW, i agree with your assesment, if hugo says anything about LC, he wont make it look good for kry no matter what the real deal is...
