Bob is well respected, make no mistake. Why wouldn't he be?

Unfortunately, Bob has minions/bureaucracy and so does Chavez. Several of them

think they are kings or queens of their little portfolio ( can you say 'Environment Ministry' ?) as far as Chavez is

concerned. We've gone through a few CEOs ourselves, a few who overstated when they should have

understated our permit arriving. (I think it's this weekend, LOL) Fung is a gentleman and a diplomat. Best of

all, he is Canadian. What's not to like?
