I think your right Jimmi, and after all is done, and all docs signed, Fung and Company will put out a mother of a PR that will say 'Crystallex has finally come through for all it's shareholders, and a new JV company called XXXXXXX is now officially a legal entity, with KRY a 1/3 owner.'

The PR will go on to say that the mine will get built without KRY having to shell out a penny, and all past KRY expenditures will be credited towards the building of the HUGE MOTHER MINE AT LC!

END OF STORY........and beginning of a new era....KRY will reap 1/3 of all profits from this new mine! (50-75 million a year)
