no bear, i've read a buttload of icsid decisions and they tend to be real tight when it comes to lost profits, but very generous when it comes to interest/currency fluctuation.

personally, i think kry could successfully argue one to two billion without lost profit by the end of arbitration...

your "genuine value" argument may have some weight since we know how much gold is there and what our contract allowed for with regard to profit. fact is, in the end arbitration may pay better than venezuela ever would.
