No-bear,
On that note ;
Section 6(b) of the Primary Binding Agreement provides that Crystallex "shall not" . . . "enter into an agreement in respect of or complete a financing of equity securities (or securities convertible, exercisable or exchangeable into equity securities) in excess of $50 million."
Would it be also possible that if indeed a deal is not struck with the Vz. gov't before the companies cash coffers were lower than the BOD felt would harm the companies chances going forward, could equipment be sold instead of further dilution?
I'm with you as I think strongly a deal is closer than we think. I am not in support of ISCID arbitration but ya have to think it's a possibility and with all the news events and static lately it makes one wonder.
Todays non-event may actually be a good sign in that if we were actually out of the mix I would think Chavez would have mentioned the Russians more strongly. Nothing makes sense in Vz. unless you experiance it first hand. I think we all wonder sometimes.
