i find it hard to believe that we've recieved no offers (even lowball offers) from anyone for a buyout or settlement....

Take a look at the Primary Binding Agreement, section 6, which prohibits us to even listen to any offers or settlements other than with CRRC. Nobody would waste their time; we are locked into the CRRC deal.
